The EU is Bad for Business – says the EU

In the words of Dita Charanzová (ALDE, CZ), a member of the EU Parliament’s internal market and consumer protection committee;

Over-regulation means more and more EU start-ups leaving for US

In a piece talking about the digital world, she goes on to say;

There is a belief that through the digital single market strategy, we can regulate platforms in order to make them work better with each other and consumers.

This is wrong. Over-regulation does not lead to fair competition; more competition leads to fairer competition.

Of course the same applies to regular business too, as she concludes;

If Europe focused on reforming the education system and the bureaucracy around starting a business, technological companies and entrepreneurs would thrive in Europe.

So, there you have it, from the EU itself – the EU is bad for business.

Of course there is an alternative, Vote Leave on 23rd of June.
